For the next few weeks, California is now on “Safe at Home” protocol. However, it is still recommended to get out and stay active as best as your can while maintaining social distances and avoiding groups. Fortunately, walking, biking and hiking are on the “You Can” list.
Taking a walk around your neighborhood is a fun and easy way to stay active and have fun! The activity will help maintain your physical, mental and emotional strength as well as strengthen your immune system. We’ve created weekly challanges for kids and families to stay inspired and active and have a chance to win cool prizes!
As awesome as walking is right now, be sure to follow these social distancing SAFETY GUIDELINES!

Starting each Monday, we’ll post a different theme of the week. While on your walk or bike ride, snap a pic of the theme and tag us with #2020walkchallenge on your favorite social media site! Tiny critters, birds, funky rocks, pets, trees, clouds… have fun spotting them all!
In addition, we are going to have a variety of fun activity pages about staying safe while walking and biking around the neighborhood. These are a great way to keep restless kids inspired! Every time you finish an activity page, post it online making sure to tag us with #2020kidscolor on your favorite social media platform.
Every tagged post will get a free Glow in the Dark Walk ‘n Rollers Wristband and each week a winner will be chosen randomly to win a T-Shirt, Stainless Steel Cup and water bottle from Polar Bottle.
